By accessing this site, ordering products, and/or using the services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, please leave the site and discontinue using our services immediately. Fleur Floristry reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this page without prior notice.

1. ORDER POLICY
- When ordering, please ensure you provide the full delivery address, including the postcode of the recipient. We are not responsible for items that are not delivered due to incomplete or incorrect details.
- By completing your order, you consent to be bound by our terms and conditions outlined here and anywhere on the Fleur Floristry website.
- After submitting your order, we will send an email confirmation of the order details to the email address provided. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract until this email confirmation is sent.
- We recommend placing orders 24 hours in advance for optimal freshness, though same-day orders may still be possible.
- Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed. We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are in progress, en route, or delivered.
- Any changes to order details (e.g., recipient’s address, message, etc.) must be made at least 6 hours in advance or the day before.
- Order cancellations are subject to a 20% handling/processing fee.
2. DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
- Standard delivery times are between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. These times may vary during peak periods.
- We do not provide specific time deliveries to ensure fairness to all customers and maintain operational efficiency.
- You are required to provide the recipient’s contact number for delivery purposes. If the recipient cannot be reached, Fleur Floristry and our delivery partners will not be liable for failed delivery attempts.
- While we do our best to ensure the recipient receives the delivery personally, we are not responsible for any restrictions imposed by building security or reception staff.
- We do not guarantee delivery times, especially in cases of adverse weather or natural disasters.
- Fleur Floristry will not take responsibility for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted unless the flowers arrive in a damaged condition. In such cases, you must inform us within 2-3 hours of receipt, and we will evaluate the situation.
- Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is unavailable, the flowers will be returned to Fleur Floristry for self-pickup. Additional delivery attempts will be subject to additional delivery fees.
- We currently deliver to [Delivery Areas]. We do not deliver to other regions at this time to ensure the flowers arrive in the best possible condition.
3. REFUND POLICY
- If flowers are left in a safe place at the recipient’s discretion, Fleur Floristry is not liable for the receipt of the goods. Re-delivery attempts may be made, but we cannot offer a refund if delivery is not completed after the second attempt.
- We are not responsible for orders where the recipient refuses delivery. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- If flowers are picked up by the buyer and delivered to the recipient later, Fleur Floristry is not responsible for the freshness or condition of the flowers during the interval.
- Handling or processing fees may apply to any refunds, which will vary depending on the situation.
4. PHOTOS POLICY
We reserve the right to exclude any photos from our videos if they violate the following conditions:
- Any content related to nudity, pornography, drugs, or violence.
- Anything related to political, religious, or government issues.
- Any content that involves intimidation, threats, or terrorism.
- Any content deemed inappropriate or illegal under local laws.
5. BOUQUET POLICY
- Flower bouquet sizes, shades, and colors may vary slightly from the pictures displayed on the website.
- As flowers are perishable items, we cannot guarantee they will be completely flawless upon delivery.
6. DISCLAIMER
All content on this website is for informational purposes only. Fleur Floristry is not liable for any loss or damage (including loss of data or profit) arising from the use of this website or its services. We are not liable for matters beyond our control, including but not limited to third-party issues or force majeure.
7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order. If your order is rejected, we will refund any payment made through the original method of payment.
